Services Offered

At healing conversations, we don’t abide by ‘one size’ fits all notion. We believe that every individual is different and therefore deserves personalized attention and therapies from the therapist. Along with modern day meta-therapies , we rely heavily on evidence based techniques to make therapies more valid and reliable.

Along with individual therapies, we also render services like online consultation, group therapy, home visit (for severe cases). We perform tests to confirm our provisional diagnosis, quantitatively record progress with therapies and for further clarification on uncertain parameters of behaviour/traits/emotional responses. Tejasvini is seasoned with over 12 varieties of therapeutic techniques.

How do I know when it is time to get support?

The moment any issues starts to interfere with your daily life activities like sleeping, eating, social activities, basic grooming activities.

How long does a therapy session last?

Usually an average session for a therapy lasts for about 30 minutes to an hour.

What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a psychologist?

A psychiatrist prescribes medication as first line of treatment while a psychologist can not prescribe medication and uses therapy as their first line of treatment.

How will I know assess my improvement?

Besides feeling recovery, based on your condition, your therapist will assess you on psychological tests, which will be repeated in every 5 sessions in order to record progress.

How do I expect to feel after the session?

Your therapist's job is to provide a space where you will be respected and growth will be encouraged. As part of this process of seeking to grow and change, expect to be asked to think, feel and behave differently. This can be uncomfortable - being out of your comfort zone. Understand though, that this may be necessary and true growth cannot happen if you’re only made to feel good in the therapy space and in your comfort zone.

How do I trust the therapist with my feelings?

There is no one answer that fits all questions here. Therapists swear right from their graduation day to their client's confidentiality. This is very firmly held as priority in work ethics. We feel morally and ethically bound to never divulge anything that is revealed to us by any of our clients. All of us mental health professionals are bound by the rule - "First do no harm".

What our customers say

Client Testimonials

Dr Tejasvini is the third psychologist I have consulted for my anxiety and depression and I am going to stick with her forever now. Not only was she able to correctly diagnose the issue, she also worked with me to help me improve and showed me a totally different perspective towards life and people. Even my family and my husband are able to see the change in me and are thankful to Tejasvini. I would highly recommend her. In all the sessions, I felt that Tejasvini is not a financially oriented professional. She is true to her work, cares about the patients and is highly dedicated to healing people.

The psychologist, Tejasvini Sinha was incredibly warm and I opened up to her without much apprehension. I was battling with severe depression for many years and within just a couple of sessions, I became more confident and learnt sufficient coping mechanisms to deal with my problems. Tejasvini was quite kind and understanding, got rid of my initial doubts and built up my self esteem. I would recommend you to book an appointment with her if you’re suffering from any psychological or emotional distress.
Simran
I have been battling with rough times with myself and others. Now many others may offer the same therapy for lower rates, but my experience says the quality treatment she offers has been worth every penny spent. She is friendly and calm, offers the best possible solutions and I don't believe therapy can get any better. I have been getting better and better thanks to her and the environment she creates. 10/10 she would be my recommendation to anyone in need.
